Your privacy matters to me. Here is, in plain words, what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

Who we are
Healthy Everyday is my recipe and wellness membership site at healthyeveryday.com.
It is run by The Trustee for Evolve Sanctuary Retreat Trust (trustee Pete Evans Cook With Love Pty Ltd, ABN 99 204 984 831), trading as Healthy Everyday. We are based in Australia.
In this policy, "we" and "us" means Healthy Everyday. "You" means anyone who visits the site or joins as a member.

What we collect
When you join or sign up, we collect your name and email address.
When you pay, your card details go straight to our payment providers: Kajabi Payments, Stripe or PayPal. We never see or keep your full card number.
When you use the site, we collect basic usage details through cookies, like which pages you visit and what device you use. Our Cookie Policy explains this.
When you post in The Kitchen Table, our member community, we keep what you post. Other members can see it.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can help you.
Why we collect it
- To run your membership and give you access to what you have paid for.
- To send you my weekly newsletter.
- To send account emails, like receipts and password resets.
- To send you news and offers about Healthy Everyday, and things I think you will like. This is marketing.
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
Your emails, your choice
You can unsubscribe from my newsletter and marketing emails at any time. Just click the link at the bottom of every email.
While you are a member, you will still get essential account emails, like receipts and password resets.
We never sell your details
We never sell, rent or trade your personal details. Not ever.
Who we share it with
We only share your details with the services that help us run the site:
- Kajabi, which hosts the site and the membership, and sends our emails.
- Kajabi Payments and Stripe, which handle card payments.
- PayPal, if you choose to pay with PayPal.
- The email service we use to send newsletters.
These services may only use your details to do their job for us.
We may also share details if the law requires it.
Where your details are stored
Our service providers keep data on servers outside Australia, mainly in the United States.
By using the site, you understand your details may be stored overseas. We choose providers who take security seriously.
Keeping it safe
We use trusted providers with secure, encrypted connections.
Only people who need your details to help you can see them.
No system is perfect. If something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a member and for up to 7 years after, as Australian tax law requires for payment records. You can ask us to delete the rest sooner.
If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless the law says we must keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, fix anything that is wrong, or have your details deleted. Just email [email protected].
In Australia, we follow the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you live in the European Union or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR. These include the right to object, to limit how we use your details, and to get a copy of them to take elsewhere.
Wherever you live, we will treat your request fairly and reply as soon as we can.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au), or to the privacy authority where you live.
Children
Healthy Everyday is made for adults.
If you are under 18, please only use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
We do not knowingly collect details from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will put the new version here and change the date at the top.
If we make a big change, we will let members know by email.
