These essential cookies make the site work, so they can’t be switched off:

• Logging in: keeps you signed in to your membership as you move between lessons, recipes and tools.
• Checkout and payments: Kajabi and Stripe use cookies to run checkout safely and to help stop fraud.
• Security: protects your account and the site from misuse.
• Cookie notice: remembers that you’ve seen our cookie notice, so we don’t keep showing it.

3Optional cookies

We may use simple analytics to see which pages and lessons help people most. If we ever add advertising cookies, we’ll update this page and ask you first.

Blocking analytics cookies in your browser won’t change what you can see or do on Healthy Everyday.

4Settings saved on your device

Some handy features save your choices in your own browser, not on our servers:

• Your favourite recipes (the hearts).
• Your meal plan and shopping list.
• Whether you see recipes in metric or US cups and ounces.

These stay on your device. If you clear your browser data, they’re cleared too.
