One reminder, one habit, good food
Every reminder is a short, practical tip from Pete. Open the day, read the note, do the one thing, and cook today’s food: one recipe, or the full day’s menu if you’ve gone all in.
Pete’s reminder
A short, warm note from Pete, every day.
Today’s habit
One easy thing to do. That’s it.
Today’s food
One recipe (Gentle), or breakfast, lunch and dinner (All in).
Meditations
Five guided meditations through the 21 days. The first one is free.

Start with water
Let's start with the easiest win of all: water. Your body leans on it for almost everything, from digesting your food to keeping your joints moving and your head clear. When you feel flat or foggy, reach for a big glass of water before anything else and give it ten minutes.
Today’s habit: Drink a big glass of water first thing, and reach for water before coffee or snacks.
Gentle: Water with Lemon and Salt
All in: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms · tomato and avocado salad with boiled eggs · roast chicken with a garden salad
Start free, keep going if you love it

Simple questions, simple answers
How much time does it take?
About five minutes to read the day’s note and do the habit, plus time to cook. All in takes a little more: one prep day a week (about 1 to 2 hours), and cooking most evenings. Each day’s reminder arrives by email, so you can do it whenever suits you.
Which path should I choose?
If you like to take things slowly, or you’re busy, start Gentle: one new recipe a day. If you like a plan and want to change the way you eat all at once, go All in: breakfast, lunch and dinner for 21 days, with a shopping list each week. You can switch any day.
I cook just for myself. Does All in still work?
Yes. Every shopping list comes for 1, 2 or 4 people, and each day tells you how much to cook. Most lunches are last night’s leftovers, and anything extra can go in the freezer.
What if I miss a day?
No stress. Just pick up where you left off. There’s no falling behind, and you can repeat Nourish any time.
Is it right for any age?
Yes. The habits are small and gentle: water, broth, walking, sleep, good food and time with people you love. Go at your own pace and do what feels right for your body.
Can I do it on my phone?
Yes. Open the button in each email, or log in on any phone, tablet or computer. See the simple phone guide.
Is the community part of the free week?
No. The community is for paying members. The free week is just for you, so please keep its lessons, recipes and emails to yourself. If a friend would like to try it, send them to the free week sign-up so they get their own.
What happens after week 1?
On Day 7 Pete invites you to keep going. If you join, you carry straight on to Day 8. If you don’t, that’s completely fine. Your free week and your 40 recipes stay yours.
