Everything you might want to know before you start your free week.

What is Healthy Everyday?

It’s my home for real food and simple daily habits. You get 1,000+ of my recipes (with 3 new every week), the 21-day Nourish reset, daily reminders, Watch (my films, series, podcasts and video podcasts), guides for families, gut health, peace of mind, ways of eating, guided meditations and a friendly community. One membership, everything included.

Is the first week really free?

Yes. Week 1 of Nourish is free, with 7 habits, 7 recipes, 40 recipes to keep, a free recipe each week and a guided meditation. You only need your name and email. No card.

Is the community part of the free week?

No. The community is for paying members only. The free week is just for you, so please don’t share, forward or post its lessons, recipes or emails. If you’d like a friend to try it, send them to the free week sign-up so they get their own.

What happens after the free week?

On Day 7 I'll invite you to keep going. If you join, you get weeks 2 and 3 of Nourish, the full recipe library and everything else. If you don't, that's completely fine. Your free week and your 40 recipes stay yours.

How do I use it on my phone?

Just tap the button in your welcome email, then log in with your email and password. You can also put an icon on your home screen so it opens like an app, or use the free Kajabi app. See the simple phone guide (you can print it)

How much is it?

A$100 a year (about 27 cents a day) or A$10 a month, about US$69 a year or US$6.99 a month. The Pricing page shows prices in A$, US$, NZ$, C$ or €. That's one price for everything, with no tiers.

How do I cancel?

Any time, no tricks. Log in on our website (not the app), tap your picture or initial at the top right, then Settings, then Billing. Tap the three dots next to your membership and choose Cancel subscription. You keep everything until the end of the time you’ve paid for. Or just email us at [email protected] and we’ll do it for you. Step-by-step help

What kind of food is it?

Real, whole food. There's plenty of meat, seafood and eggs, lots of veg, and a whole plant-based section too. Every recipe is naturally gluten free, because it’s built on real food, and most are free of grains, refined sugar and dairy too. Just check the labels on store-bought sauces. You can browse by need: Carnivorous, High protein, Low oxalate, Plant-based, Kids & family, Gut health, Keto, Quick dinners and Treats. If you’re going low oxalate, take it slowly and with guidance from your health professional, especially if you’ve had kidney stones.

Can you help me eat keto, carnivorous or AIP?

Yes. The Ways of Eating guide, inside Guides, explains Carnivorous, Autoimmune Paleo (AIP), Keto, Paleo and Ancestral, and Plant based eating in plain English. Each one has a simple day of eating, and most link to the recipes that fit. It's general information, not medical advice, so please check with your health professional before making a big change, especially if you take medication.

What can I watch?

Members can stream my films The Magic Pill and Magic Plant, both series of The Paleo Way, and my podcasts and video podcasts, all in Watch.

Is my movement log private?

Yes. Your move log is saved only in the web browser on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else, and we can’t see it. Weight is optional and stays hidden unless you choose to show it. Because it lives on your device, clearing your browser or changing phones will remove it, so tap “Download my record” now and then to keep a copy. Members can share a win in the community if they like. Open my move log

Is the movement safe for me?

The Move routines are gentle and every one has an easier or seated option. Please check with your doctor or health practitioner first if you have an injury or a health condition, or if you haven’t been active for a while. Go gently, and stop if anything hurts. See the Move routines

Is it good for kids and families?

Absolutely. There's a whole Kids & family section with first foods, toddlers, kids and family meals, plus the Family Guide with lunch box ideas and dinners everyone will eat.

Do I need special equipment or ingredients?

No. Most recipes use everyday ingredients and a basic kitchen. Measurements are in metric with US cups and ounces in most recipes, so they work wherever you live.

Is this medical advice?

No. Healthy Everyday is food and lifestyle inspiration, not medical advice. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition, please talk with your health practitioner before changing your diet or exercise.

Can I pay in Bitcoin?

Yes, for the yearly membership: A$100 a year (about US$69), paid in Bitcoin at the day’s rate. Monthly is by card only. Choose “₿ Bitcoin” on the Pricing page, and we’ll email you a new invoice before each yearly renewal.

How can I share Healthy Everyday and earn?

Join the affiliate program. You earn 50% of every payment from every member you bring in, monthly and yearly, for as long as they stay a member. The program may change or close with 30 days’ notice. See the Affiliates page.
