Terms of use

Plain English first, then the full details.

Version 1.1 · Last updated 19 October 2026

In plain English

The short version

  • Everything on Healthy Everyday is copyright. Your membership gives you a personal licence to use it at home, for yourself and your household.
  • Please don’t copy, share, post, resell or teach from the content, share your login, or use it to train AI, without our written permission. This applies to the free week too.
  • The community is for paying members only.
  • Healthy Everyday is general information, not medical or financial advice. Please read the Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
  • If these terms are broken we may close the account without a refund and take further action.

The full terms are below.

1.Who we are and agreeing to these terms

Healthy Everyday (healthyeveryday.com, the Kajabi app and our emails, together "the service") is operated by The Trustee for Evolve Sanctuary Retreat Trust (trustee Pete Evans Cook With Love Pty Ltd, ABN 99 204 984 831) ("we", "us"). By ticking the box at sign-up or checkout, or by using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Health Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

2.Copyright and ownership

All content in the service, including recipes, recipe text and methods, photos, illustrations, videos, audio, guided meditations, guides, courses, printables and PDFs, emails, newsletters, community posts by Pete Evans or our team, designs, logos and software, is © 2026 The Trustee for Evolve Sanctuary Retreat Trust (trustee Pete Evans Cook With Love Pty Ltd, ABN 99 204 984 831) / Healthy Everyday, or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3.Trade marks

Healthy Everyday is a registered trade mark of The Trustee for Evolve Sanctuary Retreat Trust (trustee Pete Evans Cook With Love Pty Ltd, ABN 99 204 984 831). Our names, logos and product names may not be used without our written permission.

4.Your licence

While your account is active, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, stream and print the content for your own personal, non-commercial use and for cooking for your household. A free account covers the free content only, for your own use. It doesn’t include the community, and free content (including the free-week lessons, recipes, PDFs, meditations and emails) may not be shared, forwarded or posted to anyone else.

5.What you can’t do

Unless we agree in writing, you must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, rent or sublicense any content;
  • post recipes, photos, videos, meditations, PDFs or guides (in full or in substantial part) on any website, social media, app, group, cookbook or forum, or in emails to people outside your household;
  • share your login or let anyone else use your account, or let more people use a team licence than it covers;
  • use the content in classes, workshops, programs, menus, products or any business, paid or free;
  • download, scrape, crawl or harvest content by automated means, or bypass any technical protection;
  • use any content to train, fine-tune, test or feed artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to create datasets;
  • remove or change copyright notices, watermarks or credits;
  • use the service in a way that breaks the law, harms others or interferes with the service.

These rules apply to free and paid accounts alike. You’re welcome to share a link to our public pages, and to share a photo of a dish you’ve cooked with a link back to Healthy Everyday.

6.Corporate and team licences

A corporate or team licence covers only the named staff members registered on that licence, for the term paid for. Each person must have their own login and accept these terms. Access may not be shared with, or passed on to, anyone else, and content may not be put on intranets or shared drives unless your licence agreement says so.

7.Community and your posts

The community is for paying members only. It isn’t part of the free week or any free account, and access ends when a membership ends. Please be kind and respectful. You’re responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of your own posts, but you give us a free, worldwide licence to host, display and moderate them within the service. We may remove posts or close accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines. Community posts by other members are their own views, not advice from us.

8.Health and money information

The service is general information and education, not medical, dietary, mental health or financial advice. The Health Disclaimer explains this and forms part of these terms.

9.Memberships, billing and cancelling

Prices, billing periods and what’s included are shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account (Settings, then Billing) or by emailing [email protected], and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled as set out at checkout and as required by law. Gift memberships are paid once and aren’t refundable for a change of mind. Before a gift is opened, the giver can send it to someone else, and after it’s opened, the person who received it can pass it on. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded.

10.Breach of these terms

If you break these terms, including by copying or sharing content or your login, we may suspend or close your account immediately without a refund (to the extent permitted by law), and we may take any other action available to us, including seeking damages, an injunction and our legal costs.

11.Reporting copying and takedown requests

If you see Healthy Everyday content copied or shared without permission, or you believe something in the service infringes your rights, please email [email protected] with the link, a description of the content and your contact details. We’ll look into it promptly.

12.Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available and up to date, but we may change, add or remove content and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. The service runs on third-party platforms (such as Kajabi and payment providers), whose terms also apply to their part of the service.

13.Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we, Pete Evans and our team are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the content, to the extent permitted by law.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and date at the top show the latest version. We’ll tell members about important changes and may ask you to accept them again. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
